Our process is
simple and straight to the point. Before taking
on any project we want to identify and establish
the goals for the project first. In order
to do that we must know a few things:
- What are the goals for your project?
- Who is your target audience?
- What is the message you want to deliver?
We can establish all of this important information
on the initial discovery meeting. After which
we can then prepare a custom plan for your
business.
Much of the success of a website is based
on the overall planning of the site, long
before the coding ever takes place. With this
in mind, our goal after the initial discovery
meeting is to help you build the site on paper
first, using our Site Outline method.
By writing the website down on paper we can
identify potential navigation issues, enforce
goals and help organize the mountains of content
that can come with many websites. Creating
a proper Site Outline this will give us the
roadmap necessary to deliver a much better
product in the end.
Note: Content (Copy and Pictures)
can slow down any project. If you plan on
building a website then you should start gathering
all of the necessary photos and copy “text”
you would like to go on the site. We cannot
stress this enough, do not wait, start putting
your content together today! Also it’s
not a bad idea to hire a copywriter to help
you with your copy, in the long run it will
be well worth it.
